Shipping and Delivery
We ship to the following countries/regions: EU, USA, Canada, Japan, South Korea, Australia, Singapore, India. There are some restrictions on locations we can deliver to. You'll see if we deliver to your address at checkout. Shipping is via Royal Mail. Once your item/s have been despatched you will receive a delivery tracking code and estimated delivery date. Please note that all prices on our website do not include tax, shipping and customs charges.
Refunds
If you have an item that arrives damaged or faulty, please contact our customer service team via the contact form here. You will need to supply the order number and have photos of the product available.
